A Girl in Shadow

The sun shining its golden ray.
The waves rippling so rush to the bay.
A girl sitting on the concrete rim quietly.
She's blowing her emotion very far over the sea.

Who knows what she is thinking?
Though the photographer is just wondering.
He can only take a shot instead of asking why.
So the viewers can guess for a try.

Beautiful Cambodian Girl

Beautiful young Cambodian girl living in the remote Ratanakiri province of Cambodia. She's about 16 years old, and I can tell you that her beauty is very natural.

I took this photo while she was travelling to that province.

This beautiful common waxbill was captured in the Diamond Head State Monument in Hawaii during my visit at that place on July 7, 2013.

The Common Waxbill (Estrilda Astrild), also known as the St Helena Waxbill, is a small passerine bird belonging to the estrildid finch family. It is native to sub-Saharan Africa, but has been introduced to many other regions of the world and now has an estimated global extent of occurrence of 10,000,000 square kilometers.
